Admissions is responsible for leading and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and enrol students into undergraduate, certificate and graduate programs as well as microcredentials. This role is uniquely positioned to lead the annual recruitment plan and the campus events strategy. The Director, Admissions is a key member of leadership across campus, developing best practices and sharing challenges for recruitment and admissions.

Responsibilities

Directing the annual recruitment operational plan and schedule, and its implementation

- Work collaboratively with the Associate Vice President, Enrolment to develop and identify recruitment strategies for all Redeemer programs, students and territories to meet the recruitment targets of the institution
- Direct annual recruitment plans for specific portfolios and specialized populations including but not limited to athletes, churches, parents, home-educated students, first generation students and
