Perio Partners is a specialty dental practice in Edmonton focused on periodontics, implant dentistry, and prosthodontics. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to continue developing their clinical skills.
What You'll Do
- Provide chairside assistance for periodontal surgeries, dental implant procedures, and prosthodontic treatments.
- Prepare operatories, instruments, and surgical materials to support efficient clinical workflows.
- Assist with patient preparation, post-operative instructions, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols and maintain clinical readiness.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Take initiative, anticipate clinical needs, and support the team wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Active registration and good standing with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants (CADA).
- Experience in surgical or specialty dentistry is an asset, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in chairside assisting and patient communication.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- A team player who values accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new clinical challenges.
