Purpose

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of how our brokerage network grows, performs, and succeeds. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that equip our people with the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge they need to thrive in a dynamic P&C; insurance environment. From onboarding new hires to upskilling experienced professionals, your work will directly influence performance, compliance, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction across our organization—making you a true catalyst for learning and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on property & casualty (P&C;) insurance knowledge, including products, coverages, policy wordings, workflows, and regulatory requirements.




- Collaborate with leadership, HR, and subject-matter experts to identify skill and knowledge gaps and implement targeted learning solutions to improve performance, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences to support ongoing professional development across the brokerage network.
- Support the onboarding and training of new hires by developing structured onboarding programs and role-specific training plans and programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, learning paths, and reference tools to support consistent knowledge
