Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Manager to lead operations and drive growth across an assigned region. This role oversees regional performance, develops strong teams, and ensures consistent execution of company standards. The ideal candidate combines leadership and supervising experience with strengths in sales, business development, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Seeking a candidate with 7 years of experience.

- Lead and support regional teams, setting explicit goals and promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned locations, ensuring consistent service, quality, and compliance with company policies.

- Develop and execute regional plans to achieve business objectives and strengthen customer relationships.

- Identify opportunities for sales growth and business development, including new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.

- Monitor regional performance, review key metrics, and use findings to guide decisions and corrective actions.

- Manage regional initiatives and cross-functional projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders.





- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

- Communicate regional results, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Travel within the assigned region as needed to support teams and business priorities.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience leading teams and overseeing operations across multiple locations or a broad territory.

- Prior supervising experience, including coaching employees, setting expectations, and addressing performance concerns.

- Experience in sales and business development, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, coordination, and follow-through.

- A record of effective leadership, sound judgment, and clear communication.

- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into practical plans.

- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.

Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
