Lead regional Project Controls teams across Stantec’s Canada West offices, applying portfolio governance and executive communication to infrastructure delivery. This position offers versatile office location within the region.

As Regional Project Controls Lead, you provide leadership across business centers and partner with operational leadership. You connect portfolio performance, resource strategy, governance, escalation, and capability development. You also help establish consistent Project Controls frameworks, standards, procedures, and work processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead regional Project Controls teams and coordinate priorities

Partner on portfolio margin, risk, DSO, and resourcing

Review R3, PCSR, and related regional reporting





Provide decision-oriented recommendations through financial-management forums

Coordinate responses to systemic project-performance issues

Requirements: Strategic leadership and enterprise thinking capabilities

Executive communication and portfolio governance experience

Change leadership and talent development capabilities

Collaboration, judgment, and accountability

Ability to work within Stantec’s Canada West region
