As Regional Project Controls Lead, you provide leadership across business centers and partner with operational leadership. You connect portfolio performance, resource strategy, governance, escalation, and capability development. You also help establish consistent Project Controls frameworks, standards, procedures, and work processes.

Lead regional Project Controls teams and coordinate priorities

Partner on portfolio margin, risk, DSO, and resourcing

Provide decision-oriented recommendations through financial-management forums

Coordinate responses to systemic project-performance issues

Apply strategic leadership, portfolio governance, and project-controls expertise to strengthen infrastructure performance across Stantec’s Canada West region. #
