Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Couples Psychotherapist/Social Worker to provide compassionate, evidence-informed support to couples and families. The role includes assessment, therapy, care coordination, and collaboration with healthcare and community professionals.

Duties

- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with clients.

- Provide couples and family therapy, supporting communication, relationship wellbeing, and practical coping strategies.

- Deliver patient care with sensitivity to clients’ needs, backgrounds, and circumstances.

- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care; provide case management in collaboration with relevant providers.

- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in a timely manner

- Participate in team consultations and contribute to service planning and continuity of care.

Qualifications





- Current registration and good standing with the applicable professional regulatory body as a psychotherapist and/or social worker

- Relevant graduate-level education and training in psychotherapy, social work, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience providing therapy to couples; family therapy experience is an asset.

- Strong assessment, clinical documentation, communication, and case management skills.

- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, cultural responsiveness, and ongoing professional development.

- Experienced with EFT and Gottman (Preferred)

- Available Sunday and Weekday Evenings (Preferred)

- Required to have personal liability insurance

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour
