We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our massage/chiropractic practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced therapists . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a relaxing environment that promotes healing and well-being. New RMT with minimal experience are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs and preferences prior to treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical history.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques,
and best practices in massage therapy.
Experience
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health conditions.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential for fostering positive client relationships.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
- A passion for holistic health and wellness is highly desirable, along with a commitment to ongoing career development in the field of massage therapy.
Position Details
- Split: 45/55 (flexible depending on experience)
- Preferable Schedule: Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Start Date: Immediate

- Requirements: Valid RMT license (in good standing with CMTO) and Liability Insurance
