We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about client wellness, delivers excellent hands-on care, and values building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on clients’ individual needs and wellness goals.
- Conduct client assessments, including health history reviews and treatment planning.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and maintain accurate client records.
- Deliver safe, effective, and qualified massage therapy services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming experience for every client.
- Educate clients on appropriate aftercare, self-care practices, and wellness recommendations.
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with the Spa Bellissima team to support an integrated approach to client wellness.
- Follow all applicable privacy, infection prevention, and professional practice requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Graduate of a recognized massage therapy program.
- Current professional liability insurance and CPR/First Aid certification, as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques, client assessment, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and attentive to client comfort and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or medical spa setting is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
