Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal (AIM), runs 27 auto recycling yards across Canada. The Management Trainee program rotates through Call Center, Dispatch, Car Purchasing & Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and more to build future frontline managers.
Participants gain hands-on coaching experience, leadership exposure, and safety-focused training on AIM Campus, with rotations across Montreal, Laval, and the North Shore of Quebec.
