About the Role

Seeking Exceptional Talent in New Skincare Luxury. We are looking for a warm, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Skincare Retail Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves skincare and enjoys helping people discover products that fit clients lifestyle and needs. Skin Vault X Evi Beauty passion is about ingredients, formulations, and the values behind the brands we offer.

You understand that skincare is personal, and you take the time to listen, connect, and offer thoughtful guidance. This role also includes being part of our brand presence online. We are looking for someone who is comfortable appearing on social media and excited to help bring the personality of Skin Vault x Evi Beauty to life through authentic, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome customers and create a warm, elevated in-store experience

● Provide personalized product recommendations based on each customer’s needs and goals

● Build solid relationships with both new and returning clients

● Share knowledge of organic and medical greade skin care in a way that feels approachable and helpful





● Support daily store operations and maintain merchandising and presentation standards

● Take part in social media content including videos, product features, trends, and behind-the-scenes moments

● Help represent the voice and personality of the brand both in store and online

What We’re Looking For- must have..

● 1 to 2 years of experience in skincare retail sales with solid knowledge and familiarity with ingredients and formulations

● Confidence in speaking with customers and making tailored recommendations

● Experience with skincare consultations is an asset

● A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and continued learning

● A strong sense of personal style, enthusiasm, and confidence in sharing your perspective

● Comfortable on camera and open to participating in social media content

● Someone who values connection, customer experience, and thoughtful selling over a transactional approach

Compensation

Starting from $22 per hour determined by experience. Plus commission on product sales.
