A well known Construction manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support specialist to join there team in Vancouver, this role is 4 days in office and 1 day working from home.

Your new role

As a Sales Support Specialist , you will play an important role within our sales organization, working directly with customers across the commercial construction and land development industries

- Serve as a key point of contact for B2B customers, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional sales support.
- Manage customer inquiries from the initial request through to resolution.
- Work primarily with custom and project-specific inquiries requiring detailed product specifications and tailored solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and identify practical, cost-effective product solutions.
- Research product specifications, availability, pricing, and alternatives using internal resources and supplier relationships.
- Clearly communicate product solutions, pricing, specifications, and timelines to customers.
- Set realistic expectations and ensure commitments are followed through.
- Work closely with our outside sales team on larger, more complex, and strategic opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer inquiries into additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid,



long-term relationships with customers and supplier partners.
- Maintain accurate information within quoting, inventory, and customer management systems.
- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through until a solution is delivered

What you'll need to succeed

- 5+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or a related position.
- Experience in construction, industrial, building products, manufacturing, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- The confidence and professionalism to communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and sales professionals.

What you'll get in return
