Scheduler | Hyperscale Data Center Construction | Edmonton, Alberta The Role

Metric DCX is partnered with a leading Canadian general contractor with 3 hyperscale data center projects in Edmonton, Alberta, and hiring an experienced Scheduler to own the schedule on rapid-track delivery.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the baseline and master project schedules
- Run look-aheads and update progress against the plan
- Analyze critical path, float and risk, and recommend recovery strategies
- Coordinate with PMs, superintendents and subcontractors to integrate trade schedules
- Report schedule status, delays and impacts to project leadership and the client
- Support change management and delay analysis

Qualifications

- 8+ years scheduling large, complex construction projects
- Expert in Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software)
- Strong understanding of MEP, structural and civil sequencing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

- Data center or mission-critical experience, though not required. Healthcare, semiconductor and large industrial schedulers are encouraged to apply
- Experience with fast-track or multi-project programs
