Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Government/Public-Sector project Experience

Work Location: Toronto, ON Onsite – 5 Days per Week

Role: Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Agile, requirements management, user story development, and technical analysis skills to support complex I⁢ initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Experience grooming upcoming work and ensuring requirements are clearly documented, understood, and ready for development.
- Robust knowledge of Agile project methodology and backlog management.
- Expertise in writing clear, concise user stories, breaking epics into stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing and refining Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and communicating changes to Project Managers/Team Leads.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing user stories using Azure DevOps .




- Proficiency in SQL database querying .
- Experience with API design, integration, and technical requirements definition .
- Knowledge of designing, developing, testing, and implementing system solutions.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, developers, UI/UX designers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools for business requirements documentation and analysis.

Additional Advantage:

- Previous public-sector experience, particularly in education systems.
