As a Senior Finance Manager, you will manage output for annual budgets, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. The role oversees accounting policies and controls while supporting special projects and complex financial analysis. You will guide staff development and daily team execution.

Key Responsibilities: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes

Approve balance sheet and cash flow analyses

Review and approve monthly journal entries

Produce complex financial reports and pro forma analyses

Manage special projects and management presentations

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred with five to eight years' experience

Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff

Ability to handle sensitive and complicated information

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Advanced organizational and inquisitive skills
