Key Responsibilities: Lead project feasibility analysis and client visioning sessions

Select architects, consultants, and construction managers

Manage design, approvals, budgets, schedules, and construction administration

Review documents, change orders, allowances, and contingencies





Prepare client reports, presentations, budgets, and invoices

Requirements: Eight years of progressive healthcare project management experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred

Expertise in budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, and team coordination
