Concern seeks a Senior Community Building Assistant for Golden West housing. This full time position supports multi-family and residential buildings through cleaning, minor repairs, inspections, and property-management assistance. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities: Clean interior, exterior, common areas, and surrounding grounds Perform minor maintenance repairs and routine floor care Assist with inspections, move-in reports, and move-out reports Enter work orders and support vacant-room preparation Monitor building activities and greet residents and visitors Requirements: High school diploma or GED, or obtain within one year Six months janitorial experience and/or related training Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Email, and Yardi Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and move equipment Apply your cleaning, light maintenance, Yardi, and resident communication skills supporting safe Golden West housing in Portland.
