? Pay Rate: $77.60–$97.00/hour emergiTEL is seeking an experienced Senior IT Auditor to lead an Internal Controls over Financial Management (ICFM) assessment focused on IT General Controls (ITGC) and application controls for a client in the qualified services industry.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead ITGC and application control assessments for financial management systems.
- Develop audit methodologies, testing strategies, audit programs, and detailed procedures.
- Conduct walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, and evidence reviews.
- Assess control design and operating effectiveness across access management, change management, IT operations, and application controls.
- Supervise junior auditors and review audit documentation for quality and completeness.
- Identify control deficiencies, evaluate risks, and recommend remediation actions.
- Validate findings with stakeholders and prepare assessment reports for project leadership.

? Required Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of cumulative IT and systems audit experience .
- Experience completing at least two standalone government ICFM assessment projects involving ITGC and/or application controls within the past five years.
- Each qualifying project must have been performed for a federal, provincial, or territorial government organization, had a contract value exceeding $50,000 CAD, lasted at least two months, and included planning, examination, and reporting responsibilities.
- One of the following certifications: CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, CIA, CGAP, CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
- Strong IT audit testing, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance is mandatory.
- Availability for the full contract period.
