Required Skills
- Strong regulatory project delivery experience in Canadian banking.
- Good knowledge of OSFI regulations and compliance.
- Proven AWS cloud project delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with Director/VP-level stakeholders.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong banking domain experience.
Note: Prioritize candidates with both OSFI regulatory and AWS cloud project delivery experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management.
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud and Cloud Transformation projects.
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Financial Services / Banking industry experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AWS Cloud and technology transformation programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Drive project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful project delivery.
