Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Bowmanville, Ontario.
The successful candidate will provide patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in a professional, supportive, and discreet clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Order and review laboratory testing and diagnostic investigations as appropriate.
- Provide ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up care.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the team to support clinical operations and patient experience.
- Uphold professional standards and evidence-based clinical practices.
Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing team.
