Key Responsibilities:

- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle equity release, buy-to-let, and Right to Buy matters
- Advise on easements, covenants, title defects, and boundaries
- Build relationships with agents, advisers, and developers
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to departmental growth

Requirements:

- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
