Reporting to the Sales Manager – Americas, you will manage strategic accounts in the turbomachinery controls business. The role combines account management, complex sales, solution development, customer relationships, and industrial automation knowledge. You will support revenue growth and profitable sales across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow strategic turbomachinery controls accounts
Develop account plans supporting revenue and sales targets
Build stakeholder relationships and provide tailored solutions
Identify opportunities and coordinate cross-functional solution delivery
Guide negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: Five years in turbomachinery controls or industrial automation
Five years of account management or sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent
Experience in oil and gas, mining, power, or petrochemicals
Presentation, communication, and technical sales demonstration skills
