Job Overview

- We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to provide welcoming and efficient service in a restaurant setting. The Server guides guests through their dining experience, communicates clearly with the kitchen, and helps maintain a clean, organized service area.

- Food service, restaurant, kitchen, or other hospitality experience is helpful. Candidates should be comfortable learning menu details, following food safety practices, and balancing multiple guest needs in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer questions about menu items, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

- Enter orders into the POS system;

experience with Micros POS is a plus.

- Serve food and beverages promptly, check in with guests, and respond courteously to requests or concerns.

- Make menu recommendations and use appropriate upselling techniques.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to communicate orders, special requests, and timing.

- Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures.

- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.

- Process guest payments,



operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.

- Keep dining and service areas clean, stocked, and organized.

- Support a positive guest services experience and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Skills

- Solid customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.

- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks while serving multiple tables.

- Food service, serving, restaurant, food industry, or kitchen experience is beneficial.

- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, sanitation, and basic food preparation practices.

- Familiarity with POS systems; Micros POS experience is a plus.

- Basic math and math skills for order accuracy, payment processing, and making change.

- Cashiering and cash handling experience is helpful.

- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with guests and team members.

Pay: $18.25-$29.54 per hour
