Our Front of House team is looking for dedicated individuals who value hospitality and food. Are you passionate about helping guests have an enjoyable experience? Roles and responsibilities
- Create a memorable and pleasant dining experience for guests through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Be knowledgeable of all food in buffet area and beverage on the menu
- Memorizing the new food items and wine list, as well as any daily specials and promotion
- Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
- Monitor the cleanliness of server stations and dining areas, ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
- Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
- Other duties as assigned or required
Experience Level/Requirements
- A serving experience in a similar setting is an asset
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and sales ability
- High attention to detail
- Capable of working in fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and to cater to multiple groups at one time
