Job Overview

We are a leading supplier of custom sports uniforms, team apparel, promotional products, and equipment, and we're looking for a Shipper/Receiver/Driver/Picker/Packer to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving inventory, organizing warehouse stock, picking and packing customer orders, coordinating inventory transfers between locations, completing supplier pickups and deliveries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our production and fulfillment team.

The Shipper/Receiver/Driver/Picker/Packer plays a critical role in ensuring inventory is accurately received, orders are fulfilled correctly, and products move efficiently throughout the organization. This position works closely with our production, retail, purchasing, and logistics teams to help maintain exceptional service levels for our customers, clubs, teams, and partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They take pride in accuracy, can work independently with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and are willing to support multiple areas of the business as operational needs change. A valid driver's license is required, as the role includes deliveries, supplier pickups, and transfers between company locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory and shipments.
- Ensure inventory is received and entered into company systems within 24 hours of arrival whenever possible.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
- Accurately locate, organize, and stage inventory for production and fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate and complete inventory transfers between company locations.




- Perform supplier pickups and customer deliveries as required.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, professional, and responsible manner.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding inventory availability and order status.
- Provide accurate information regarding inventory locations and stock levels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies through cycle counting and inventory verification processes.
- Support production teams by preparing materials, organizing products, and assisting with order fulfillment activities.
- Collaborate with production, design, retail, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse setting.
- Follow company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse, production, inventory, and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, or a related operational role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers, inventory systems,



shipping software, or Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Shopify, shipping platforms, or inventory management systems is considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving cargo vans or larger vehicles is considered an asset.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes, inventory, and shipments throughout the day.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to support a variety of operational functions.
- Experience in apparel, sporting goods, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environments is considered an asset.
