Drafter (AutoCAD / Revit – Specializng in Commercial Glazing)

We are seeking an experienced Drafter to join our growing team. Junior drafters are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques, with the ability to produce accurate, detailed drawings from architectural plans and written specifications. Glazing knowledge is a great asset!

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed show drawings using AutoCAD
- Create commercial glazing shop drawings, including curtain wall, storefront, window, and door systems
- Develop technical drawings based on architectural plans, specifications, and other project data
- Perform calculations to determine the size, shape, and layout of frames and glazing components
- Review drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness,



and compliance with project and industry standards
- Update and revise existing drawings as new information becomes available
- Maintain organized records of drawings and related documentation

Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with or exposure to commercial glazing systems and shop drawings preferred
- Strong understanding of drafting standards and construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Prior drafting experience preferred; junior drafters are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
