Position Summary

Herauf Modular is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our Regina team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in the construction field and has the ability to supervise and manage the day to day work flow of modular construction projects within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily work flow, coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate tasks according to scheduled timelines and adjust to hit deadlines.
- Supervise the use of any machinery or equipment used in the project, assuring all safety precautions and quality standards are being met.
- Monitor materials and scheduling processes, ensuring manpower and resources are in place.
- Work with Project Manager on cost estimations, schedules and budgets.
- Assist Project Manager with foundation planning, site readiness checks, permitting workflows and utility coordination when deemed necessary.
- Effectively lead meetings and communicate project status, priorities, risks and decisions.

Qualifications





- Minimum three to five years of experience in a construction leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cost estimations, blueprints, building codes, and foundation types.
- Experience working with engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, coupled with strong problem solving techniques.
- Proven organizational and detail oriented skills.
- Ability to lead goal orientated project team meetings.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Monday.com, Procore, or similar.
- Valid Class 5 license, with willingness to travel to site locations when required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba permitting processes
- Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities
- Certification in construction safety
