Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Independent Snow Removal team member to help keep walkways, driveways, parking areas, and other outdoor spaces secure and accessible during winter weather. This hands-on role may also support year-round landscape maintenance and property upkeep. Training will be provided for site-specific procedures and equipment.

Duties

- Remove snow and ice from designated areas using shovels, hand tools, and power tools.
- Operate snow-removal equipment safely and report equipment issues or hazards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic checks on tools and equipment.
- Help with seasonal landscape maintenance, including gardening and general grounds care.
- Assist with irrigation system upkeep and other outdoor property tasks as needed.
- Support related construction or site-preparation work when required.
- Use mechanical knowledge to identify basic equipment or maintenance concerns and notify a supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures, use appropriate protective equipment,



and keep work areas orderly.

Requirements

- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions.
- Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting job-related materials.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, or willing to learn their safe operation.
- Experience with snow removal, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is helpful.
- Familiarity with irrigation, equipment maintenance, or mechanical tasks is an asset.
- Excavator operation and construction experience are nice to have, but not required.
- Willingness to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and respond to changing weather and site needs.

Pay: $17.60-$38.45 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
