- Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
- Provide patient counselling on medications, potential side effects, and proper medication use.
- Conduct medication reviews and support patients in achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide appropriate pharmacy services within the pharmacist’s scope of practice in British Columbia.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
- Monitor medication adherence, identify drug-related problems, and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Support pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, documentation, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold skilled, ethical, and privacy standards.
- Deliver friendly, respectful, and individualized patient care.
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
