We are currently engaged in building a global platform of trainers, recruiters, coaches and consultants providing sustainable consulting solutions to local businesses and connecting them with local talent, helping relieve a global talent shortage.
Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate HR Intern. This internship is a Learning Opportunity and designed to help people become freelance recruiters.
The Intern will be engaged with our global Talent Community learning and conducting recruitment and headhunting.
- The role is 6 months long.
- There is no associated stipend with this internship.
- A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events and communication initiatives to enhance company culture.
- Help maintain employee records, update HR database and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- A Learning mindset and a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
