Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Store Assistant for NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY to support daily retail operations and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll help customers find the right products, keep the store organized, and assist with sales and checkout. Applicants with technology sales or other technical sales experience are welcome, though a robust interest in learning about products is also valuable.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful, courteous customer service.

- Support retail sales by explaining product features, answering questions, and recommending suitable options.

- Conduct engaging product demos and use upselling techniques when they genuinely benefit the customer.

- Operate the POS system, process transactions, and assist with cashiering and accurate cash handling.

- Use basic math to handle transactions and verify amounts.

- Maintain attractive displays and assist with merchandising,



restocking, and keeping the sales floor tidy.

- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, using professional phone etiquette when handling store calls.

- Manage tasks efficiently with strong time management and organizational skills.

- Assist with routine store opening, closing, and other daily tasks as assigned.

Experience

- Previous sales, retail, cashiering, or customer-facing experience is helpful, but can provide train

- Technology sales or technical product knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.

- Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and attention to detail.

- Comfort using computers and learning POS and other store technology.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
