Position: In-person | Full-Time

Pay: C$20–C$30/hr base + commission. Commissions are not capped, so total earnings can be higher.

About ChicksX

ChicksX provides cryptocurrency and foreign currency exchange services to customers in-store and online. We’re looking for a motivated, sales-minded person to join our Mississauga storefront. Someone who enjoys working with customers, thinks clearly under pressure, and takes ownership of results. Previous cryptocurrency experience is a plus. We value sales potential, sound judgment, and the ability to learn.

What You’ll Do

- Assist customers with cryptocurrency and foreign currency exchanges.
- Explain exchange rates, present options, and confidently close transactions.
- Build repeat business through reliable service and customer follow-up.
- Proactively generate new business through outreach.
- Handle cash, verify customer ID and payments, and keep accurate transaction records.
- Follow company procedures and keep a professional, organized storefront

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales, retail, banking, or cash handling (preferred, not required).
- Confident, honest selling and strong communication skills.
- Comfort with numbers and handling financial transactions.
- Good judgment and attention to detail, especially when a customer is pushing you to rush.




- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Interest in cryptocurrency and financial services is an asset.

Previous sales experience is valuable, but candidates without extensive sales experience may still be considered if they demonstrate solid reasoning, communication, initiative, sales potential, and the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements

- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Able to reliably commute to our Mississauga storefront.
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional short-notice coverage is an asset.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
