What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dependable Support Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is passionate about providing exceptional guest service, and has a strong willingness to learn. You’ll work closely with our experienced management team to further develop your skills and knowledge, with opportunities for growth along the way.

Position Overview

As a Support Staff member, you’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for knowing our menu inside and out, ensuring that each dish is presented perfectly, and delivering a seamless experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and dedication to quality will make a difference every shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude




- Garnish and present dishes to our high standards
- Ensure food modifications and special requests are followed accurately
- Deliver food promptly to the correct tables
- Pack to-go orders with care and attention to detail
- Answer the phone for to-go orders
- Assist with busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Handle prep and side work as needed
- Perform cleaning duties, including stocking, sanitizing, sweeping, and cleaning glassware

What You Bring

- A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Skip the Dishes or prior restaurant experience is a plus
- A passion for great service and building meaningful relationships with guests and team members

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.00 per hour, up to $20.00 per hour based on experience
