Role Responsibilities
- Call prospective candidates from provided lead lists and introduce relevant opportunities.
- Explain project requirements, answer basic questions, and assess candidates interest and potential fit.
- Follow up with interested candidates by phone, email, or text.
- Guide qualified candidates through the initial application and onboarding steps.
- Track calls, outcomes, and follow-up activity accurately.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, sales development, appointment setting, high-volume outbound calling, market research participant recruitment, academic or qualified outreach, or call center or inside sales.
- Clear verbal communication and relationship-building skills; able to handle objections professionally and speak comfortably with specialized professionals across industries.
- Strong organizational skills to track calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and candidate pipelines.
- Experience in technical recruiting, academic outreach, expert-network recruiting, or research participant sourcing is especially valuable.
