Mayfair Windsor – Full-Time – UCP (Unregulated Care Provider)

Classification: Personal Support Worker (PSW) with Medication Administration Certification

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts

We offer compassionate, personalized care in an elegant, warm and close-knit setting where every resident is known by name. We are looking for a dedicated, professional UCP to join our care team.

Qualifications

- PSW certification (required), or current RPN student in good standing
- Successful completion of a Medication Management Course with a passing grade
- Recent WHMIS certificate
- Compliance with all education requirements under RHRA standards

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, compassionate, resident-centred care in accordance with established job descriptions
- Administer medications in accordance with your training and regulatory standards
- Stay versatile to cover call-ins, vacations and holiday shifts as needed




- Support new admissions and adapt to residents' changing care needs
- Carry out physical duties, including lifting, transferring, bending, reaching, pushing and extended walking
- Use sound judgment and make responsible decisions in daily tasks
- Communicate clearly with co-workers, leadership, JHSC representatives and the General Manager
- Show professionalism and diplomacy, and mentor new team members
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Use computer systems and software efficiently
- Complete all required training and follow Mayfair Living policies and procedures
