Role Description The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces and flows across the Email Perfect platform. In this full-time remote role, the designer will conduct user research, translate insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include mapping user journeys, refining interaction patterns,



iterating on design solutions based on feedback and data, and maintaining a consistent design system.

The designer will also help validate concepts through usability testing and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall product experience.

Qualifications

- Strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems through user-centered design methods.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping, using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar) to create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
- Robust collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in designing tools for designers, marketers, or email/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
