Summary of Position: The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse and delivery operations by preparing orders, loading shipments, and completing deliveries accurately and on schedule. The role includes receiving and processing inbound shipments using the dealership management system (DMS) and parts scanners, as well as completing delivery tasks through the delivery app. Responsibilities also include picking up returns, directing inquiries to the parts department, replenishing stock, assisting with inventory tasks, and handling warranty and core parts as required. Toward the end of the shift,
the Warehouse Associate completes outstanding warehouse and housekeeping tasks and ensures the warehouse and delivery vehicle are clean and ready for the next day. During downtime, additional tasks may be assigned to support the warehouse or management team.
Job Qualifications:
- Valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license
- Prior experience in parts delivery and TDG knowledge is preferred
- Proficient with computer systems and basic applications
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a team
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset
Compensation: $46,500 per annum
Work Environment:
Work Schedule
- Tuesday-Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility may be required depending on operational needs.)
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
