CREM Canada is seeking a hands-on Site Superintendent for a commercial construction and demolition project in Kitchener, Ontario.

The ideal candidate has intermediate carpentry skills, strong practical power-tool experience, and a background in demolition. This is a working position: the successful candidate must be willing to perform physical construction work while helping coordinate daily site activities.

Required Qualifications

- Intermediate-level carpentry skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience using construction power tools.
- Minimum 1 year of demolition experience.
- Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment.
- Experience with demolition, material handling, debris removal, and loading waste bins.
- Ability to coordinate daily tasks and maintain an organized, productive worksite.
- Strong understanding of construction-site safety and PPE requirements.
- Reliable, punctual, physically capable, and comfortable working as part of a team.




- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Kitchener, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on carpentry and general construction work.
- Carry out demolition activities and remove unwanted materials.
- Safely use power tools for construction and demolition tasks.
- Lift, move, sort, and load debris into designated waste bins.
- Help organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate daily work activities and assist with site supervision.
- Maintain a clean and secure work area.
- Follow site safety procedures and instructions.

What We’re Looking For We need someone who is a hands-on Site Superintendent, with the practical skills to lead by example. Candidates who are comfortable working with tools, performing demolition, and assisting with physical site work are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
