We are seeking an experienced and certified WorkForce Software (WFS) Functional Consultant to support Time & Attendance configuration, resolve production issues, and address system enhancement backlogs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support WFS Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and complex Pay Rules.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support tickets, and system enhancements.
- Develop SQL queries and complex formulas for troubleshooting and configuration.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll integrations.
- Perform testing, deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current WorkForce Software Functional Certification.
- 5+ years of hands-on WFS configuration and support experience.
- 3–5 years of SQL programming experience.
- Robust expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Pay Rules.
- Experience with payroll integrations and production support.
Nice to Have:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Payroll experience.
- Experience in large or unionized environments.
