Society seeks a Youth Peer Support Worker for its integrated youth services centre. You will support youth ages 12–24 and young adults through one-on-one and group services. The work includes collaboration with families and an interdisciplinary care team.
Provide mentorship, guidance, emotional support, and resource information Support functioning, independence, and active participation Maintain electronic records, progress notes, and care plans Experience supporting youth with mental health or substance use issues Lived experience and recognized youth peer support training Bring lived experience, compassionate listening, and recovery-focused peer support to youth and families at Foundry Surrey Central. #
