Manage Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and CRM applications for Colliers Project Leaders while bridging IT and Finance in a technical support position.As a Financial Applications Administrator, you will maintain, enhance, and support core finance, payroll, and CRM systems. The IT Application Development and Support team relies on this position to optimize system performance, efficiency, and return on investment. You will collaborate with technical teams, business intelligence teams, finance technical users, and senior finance personnel. Your work will support evolving finance processes, secure access, and dependable application operations.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Dynamics, SAP, ERP, payroll, and CRM applicationsCollaborate with IT, BI, and finance stakeholdersDevelop and enhance system interfaces and featuresAudit permissions,



approval workflows, and segregation of dutiesDiagnose errors, misconfigurations, discrepancies, and underlying bugsRequirements:
Degree or certification in computer science, finance, or data analyticsExperience supporting Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or SAP ConcurUnderstanding of IT change management and control frameworksFinancial concepts and end-user finance platform support experienceKnowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and WebhooksApply financial systems administration, integration, security, and troubleshooting expertise across Colliers Project Leaders’ business platforms.
