Earn $25–$30/hr + $500 Seasonal Bonus + Guaranteed Pay Options*Get $100 with your first pay and another $400 at the end of the season!Paid bi-weekly | Seasonal role starting November 1, 2026As a Snow Crew Lead at CSL, you’ll be at the front of the action, leading a team of snow removal professionals to ensure our clients’s properties remain safe and accessible no matter what winter throws our way. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands‑on approach. You’ll be out there alongside your crew, setting the pace and ensuring the job gets done efficiently and safely.It won’t always be glamorous. There will be early mornings, long hours, and the occasional “why am I awake right now?” moment. But you’ll lead a team that has your back, celebrates wins together, and finds the humour in even the snowiest of days.To Apply, You Should Have the Following
Minimum valid G driver's licence
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)
Open availability for on-call work, including nights




Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
Access to a mobile phone for communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs or more
Compensation
$25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability
$500 seasonal bonus: $100 with your first pay and $400 at the end of the season, subject to eligibility requirements
Guaranteed Pay Options* during the snow season
Paid bi-weekly
Prospect for full-time, year‑round employment if desired at the end of the contract
Hiring is ongoing.*Compensation plan depends on EI eligibility.
