About Us

Calmedi Medical Supplies, Rehab, Beds & Mobility is an established Calgary retailer offering medical supplies, mobility equipment, rehabilitation products, and home healthcare solutions. We operate two Calgary locations, providing sales, rentals, and personalized customer service.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and self-motivated individual who enjoys helping customers, is comfortable with computers, and can confidently handle a variety of retail and store responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection, sales, rentals, and demonstrations.
- Process customer orders, invoices, payments, and basic product servicing.
- Handle telephone inquiries, emails, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and general store operations.
- Support online orders, ecommerce activities, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; 2 years preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.
- Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.




- Quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Ecommerce, Shopify, or medical supply experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
