Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and organized Female Front Desk Receptionist to join

our wellness clinic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients,

providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role

requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time

Responsibilities

 Warmly greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and skilled atmosphere.

 Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer

service.

 Assist clients with inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met with care and

efficiency.

 Provide support to therapists between appointments as needed.

 Schedule and book appointments, managing the clinic's calendar efficiently.





 Perform basic math calculations for billing and payment processing.

 Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date

 Cantonese (preferred)

Experience

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable

demeanour.

 Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

 Prior experience in a wellness clinic setting is preferred but not required.

 Previous customer service experience is required.

 Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in fast-paced environments.

 Proficiency in MS Office applications (words and excel)

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
