Operate a Ford F-350/F-450 and -car hauler, transporting vehicles for both customer-facing and non-customer-facing deliveries, including retail vehicle deliveries. Starting and finishing your day in Ontario or Quebec, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading the car hauler while ensuring every vehicle is handled with care.

What You’ll Do

- Safely operate a Ford F-350/F-450 and Kaufman 5-car hauler to transport vehicles between dealerships, customers, storage facilities, and other designated locations.
- Complete both customer-facing and non-customer-facing vehicle deliveries, including retail vehicle deliveries.
- Start and finish each day in Ontario or Quebec, including loading and unloading the car hauler.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles while following proper freight-handling procedures.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before loading and after delivery, carefully assessing cosmetic and mechanical condition and identifying any existing or potential issues.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure vehicles are transported and delivered in the highest-quality condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a skilled representative of the company when interacting with customers.
- Address customer needs, resolve delivery-related issues, and communicate clearly to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork, delivery documentation, vehicle inspection reports, and other required records.
- Take thorough and accurate notes in the company’s customer tracking system.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle movements, delivery logs, freight records, and inspection results.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, company policies, and vehicle-hauling procedures.
- Assist with basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when required to ensure vehicles are ready for transport or delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, dealerships, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve logistical challenges.
- Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment and ensure equipment is properly cared for.

What We’re Looking ForEducation

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

- 3+ years of experience transporting vehicles.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Automotive experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or similar machinery is an asset.
- Experience with freight handling, vehicle logistics, or automotive transportation is an asset.




- Comfortable driving longer distances and working independently on the road.
- Passion for cars and a strong understanding of vehicle condition and basic automotive troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and schedules may change.

License

- Valid Ontario Class A (Restricted) driver’s license.

Driving Record

- 3 years of clean driver’s abstracts with no major infractions.

Background Check

- Must have a clean criminal background check.

Work Authorization

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
