Job Summary

- We are seeking a qualified bilingual and caring Early Childhood Educator to support children’s learning, development, and well-being in a safe, welcoming environment.
- The educator will help create age-appropriate learning experiences, encourage positive social interactions, and partner with families and colleagues to support each child’s individual needs.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care to children aged 6 months to 5 years.
- Plan and lead engaging educational activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating workplace that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe children's development and contribute to their individual progress.




- Collaborate with the educational team to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and childcare regulations.

Requirements

- Experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or related setting.
- Background in early childhood education, child development, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, or a willingness to learn inclusive support strategies, is valued.
- Strong communication, patience, reliability, and observation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Pay: $21.23-$34.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
