Event Security Guard / Bouncer

Jason’s Security Inc. is hiring experienced security guards for regular events in Brampton. We are seeking reliable professionals with strong customer-service skills, a confident presence and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly.

Job Duties

Monitor entrances and exits, check identification and control guest access according to event policies.

Manage lineups and crowd movement while keeping emergency routes clear.

Maintain a visible, qualified security presence and patrol assigned areas.

Identify safety hazards, disruptive behaviour and potential conflicts.

Use communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes professionally.

Handle denied entry and requests to leave respectfully and according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents within your training, lawful authority and company policies.

Request assistance from supervisors, police or emergency services when necessary.

Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations.

Complete accurate incident reports and promptly communicate concerns to supervisors.

Provide courteous assistance to guests, event staff and clients.





Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Experience and Skills

Minimum 1 year of relevant security experience; 2 years preferred, particularly in event security or bouncer duties.

Strong communication, observation and customer-service skills.

Experience with crowd management and conflict de-escalation.

Ability to remain calm, alert and professional under pressure.

Reliable attendance, punctuality and professional appearance.

Schedule

Evening, weekend and late-night shifts based on event schedules. Candidates must be able to travel reliably to assigned locations in Brampton.
