Hiring a CDA in Vernon: 4 Day Work Week
Tandem Dental Studio is Dr. Mark Wasylyk's practice on 32nd Ave, and it's being rebuilt into something a bit different. Dr. Michael Webster has joined him, and the recent studio going in is warm stone, walnut and brass, with real daylight and zero fluorescent lighting. The whole philosophy is that patients sit up beside the dentist instead of getting talked at under a light.
Practically, for whoever takes this job: small team, unhurried appointments, no upselling, no scripts, no quotas. Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5:00. Every Friday off, every weekend off.
Extended health and dental, uniform allowance and paid CE. New grads are genuinely welcome.
