We are seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for community visits in Leamington, Kingsville, and surrounding areas. In this part-time position, you will work with patients of all ages, delivering safe and ethical care. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans and engaging with patients through a collaborative approach to ensure their comfort and well-being at home.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled community visits for patient care Provide secure and ethical nursing interventions Assess patients using appropriate tools and techniques Monitor and adjust care plans as necessary Build rapport with patients to enhance engagement

Requirements:
Valid CNO registration as an RPN in good standing Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license Community care experience preferred Willingness to travel to patient homes Flexibility with on-call duties as required Bring your nursing skills and passion for community care to ParaMed and support patients in their homes.
