- Process flow diagrams (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Asset Management - SAM / HAM
- Communication and training materials for end-users and support teams
- Detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories with acceptance criteria
- ServiceNow SAM Pro Experience - MUST Have
- Executive dashboards highlighting status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Product roadmap and vision
- ITSM/ITOM implementations
- UAT plans and support for test case execution
- SAM - Software Asset Management
- Lessons learned and post-implementation feedback summary
- ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Sprint backlog and feature traceability matrix
- HAM - Hardware Asset Management
